Solid phosphoric acid catalysts are widely used in catalysis, propylene oligomerization and benzene alkylation reactions. It is generally believed that the active component of the solid phosphoric acid catalyst is the free phosphoric acid on the surface of the catalyst, which belongs to the protonic acid catalyst.

The activity of solid phosphoric acid catalyst is not only related to the total amount of free acid, but also related to the acid strength distribution of the catalyst.

Oligomerization catalytic activity: propylene single-pass conversion rate ≥ 76%(mass), nonene plus dodecene selectivity ≥ 80%(mass), adjustable range(mass ratio) of dodecene to nonene selectivity ratio 0.2~0.65, catalyst liquid yield ≥ 700 kg/kg.

Evaluation conditions: the reaction temperature is 160-195°C at the inlet, 180-210°C at the outlet; the reaction pressure is 4.5-5.5 MPa, the space velocity of the feed liquid in the reactor is 2-5 h-1, and the concentration of propylene in the feed is 45%-60%(mass ).


Catalytic activity for alkylation reaction: propylene single-pass conversion rate ≥ 80%(mass), cumene selectivity 93%-95%(mass), cumene liquid yield ≥ 700 kg/kg.

Evaluation conditions: the reaction temperature is 165-200°C at the inlet, 185-215°C at the outlet; the reaction pressure is 2.5-4.0 MPa, the liquid space velocity is 3-4 h-1, and the catalyst space-time yield is 0.8-1.2 kg/(kg·h).
