Product Introduction:
High temperature hydrocarbon steam reforming catalysts has 2 grades, AMC-Z-201 and AMC-Z-202. AMC-Z-201 is a heat- resistant catalyst, loaded in the upper section of reformer tubes, while AMC-Z-202 is the bulk catalyst loaded in the lower section of reformer tubes. Suitable for producing hydrogen, ammonia synthesis gas, methanol synthesis gas, metallurgical reduction gas etc., by auto-thermal or secondary reforming process with oil field gas, natural gas, coke oven gas feedstock.
The AMC-Z-201/AMC-Z-202 steam reforming catalyst is a new type of two-stage furnace catalyst. The catalyst is a two-stage furnace catalyst with large pore size, high geometric surface, high strength, high temperature resistance, airflow resistance and heat/body loading in combination with high temperature sintered alumina as carrier, nickel as active component and high melting point metal oxides as additives.

Application:
Heat resistance is the primary property that must be achieved in a two-stage furnace catalyst. The high temperature hydrocarbon steam reforming catalysts AMC-Z-201 and AMC-Z-202 are made from pure a-Al2O3 with a melting point of 2050°C and are sintered at temperatures of up to 1450°C. This is at least 250℃ higher than the normal operation of the catalysts in the inlet section of the two-stage furnace. This temperature is at least 250°C higher than the normal operation of catalyst type AMC-Z-201 in the inlet part of the two-stage furnace and approximately 500°C higher than type AMC-Z-202, resulting in a high refractoriness and thermal stability of this group of catalysts.
As can be seen from the appearance of the discharged catalysts, both the heat resistant AMC-Z-201 catalyst and the intrinsic AMC-Z-202 catalyst have a regular particle shape, with the corners intact and no signs of chalking or airflow on the surface of the particles. In particular, the AMC-Z-201 catalyst in the high temperature zone has not suffered any sticking or deformation despite two years of high temperature operation. This demonstrates that the AMC-Z-201 catalyst prepared from high temperature sintered pure alumina has good thermal properties.
