Loading:
1) Before loading the claus tail gas hydrogenation catalysts for coal chemical industry, it is necessary to clean up the inside of the reactor first, spread the stainless steel wire mesh, stacked and flattened 10cm high φ20mm porcelain ball and 5cm high φ8~10mm porcelain ball, then load the catalyst, the wire mesh is required to ensure at least 3 years of time.

4) After catalyst loading, the feed port should be sealed immediately. Before starting, water vapor and process gas should be avoided from entering the reactor. Before starting, dry air should be used to purge the bed powder.
