CARC Catalyst

CARC catalyst is designed for catalytic cracking and deacidification process which use crude oil of high acid as raw materials, especially suitable for all kinds of heavy oil cracking devices to processing high acid and high metal content materials.

It is using the latest technology of substrate preparation, increasing channel of substrate and pore volume of catalysts, promoting inferior cracking of macromolecular hydrocarbons in crude oil with high acid, using the channel of  substrate to enrich heavy metals, guarantee the accessibility of catalyst active center, then enhancing cracking of macromolecular, catalytic deacidfication and load ability of heavy metals.

CARC catalyst has high activity stability, strong capability of heavy oil conversion, good selectivity of coke and outstanding ability to resist the heavy metal pollution.

The industry application shows that when the content of metal nickel on poising agent reach to 25000 ppm and total content of metal reach to 40000 ppm, it still has good catalytic activity, stability and high selectivity.
