Product Introduction

FCC reactivated balance catalyst uses magnetic separation technology and reactivated technology to separate the catalyst particles with serious pollution, and collects the part with better performance to produce a reactivated balance catalyst and return it to the catalytic cracking unit for recycling.

After it is contaminated with calcium, the resulting calcium sulfate will adhere to the surface of it, causing the catalyst to lose its diffuse reflection characteristics and show stone-like luster. 

After being polluted by vanadium, low melting point compounds will be partially formed at high temperature, which will cause the catalyst to stick and form large particles, which will affect the normal fluidization of the catalyst in the device.

Compared with the fresh agent, the specific surface area of the balance agent decreases; the pore volume also decreases due to clogging; the bulk density increases.

The particle size distribution of FCC reactivated balance catalyst , as a key control index of the cracking catalyst, has a great influence on the fluidization performance and reaction performance of the catalyst. The particle size distribution of the equilibrium catalyst is the most important factor in a fluidized system. Experience shows that a suitable particle size distribution is necessary to maintain good fluidization.

The particle size distribution of FCC reactivated balance is a parameter closely related to FCC catalyst fluidization performance, cyclone separation performance and catalyst wear index. In the industrial FCC balancer, the catalyst particles with a particle size of 0~40μm are called fine powder, and the catalyst particles with a particle size greater than 80μm are called coarse particles. The catalyst fine powder content in the system is mainly affected by the fine powder content of fresh catalyst, the operating conditions of the reaction regeneration system and the wear of the catalyst by the equipment, and the recovery efficiency of the cyclone separator.
