Product Introduction

Reactivated FCC Catalyst is  on the basis of it after strengthening the reactivation treatment.

Comparing with the spent kind before treatment, the activity of reactivated FCC catalyst can reach over 80%, the specific surface of it can reach over 200㎡/g, and the metal removal rate of it  is ≥50%.

1.1 The principle of compounding

At a certain temperature, through the pore expansion of inorganic acids and the coordination function of organic acids, the two synergistically complete the structural reconstruction of the spent kind. It is also accompanied by the removal of heavy metals.


Process flow of reactivated FCC catalyst:

  • Preparation of resurrection liquid

  • Resurrection reaction

  • Filtration and washing

  • Air drying

    The prepared resurrection liquid, waste kind purified water are added to the reaction kettle in a certain way and proportion, and the steam is heated to the reaction temperature.

This ensures continuous production in the subsequent process; 

The material is transported to a vacuum horizontal belt filter by a conveying pump for filtration, and purified water is added to use a countercurrent washing process to achieve multiple washings with a small amount of water to remove soluble impurity ions in it; 

The filter cake after washing material drying is achieved through the airflow drying system, high-efficiency cyclone separator is used for gas-solid separation, and the waste gas is discharged through the wet scrubber to achieve dust removal and discharge standards.

Fluid catalytic cracking is a process of converting heavy oil into light oil under the action of a certain temperature and catalyst . After this is used for a period of time, the activity and selectivity of the catalyst gradually decrease due to the deposition of coke and heavy metals.
