The agent has the following characteristics:
Good sulfur capture performance, catalytic oxidation of SO2 under high temperature regeneration conditions and the formation of more stable metal sulfate.
Under the action of reactor reducing atmosphere and stripping water vapor, the captured sulfur can be released as much as possible to recover the sulfur trapping activity of SO2 transfer agent.
The wear resistance and fluidization properties matched with cracking catalyst have no obvious negative effect on the activity, selectivity and product properties of cracking catalyst.
When 2% RFS09 sulfur transfer agent is added, SOx removal rate in flue gas can reach more than 70%.
