Product Introduction
The olefin saturated hydrogenation catalyst not only has a high alkane single-pass conversion rate and olefin selectivity, but also has a very stable hydrogenation performance after repeated regenerations. It can be used in fixed bed, moving bed and fluidized bed reactors.
Especially suitable for hydrogenation saturation of gasoline from oligomerization of light olefins such as ethylene, propylene and butene.

The olefins saturated hydrogenation reaction is a strong endothermic reaction, which is limited by thermodynamic equilibrium and requires a higher reaction temperature. This is beneficial to the improvement of olefin selectivity.
Both hydrodesulfurization reaction and olefin hydrosaturation reaction are important chemical reactions in FCCN hydrofinishing process. Both olefin saturation rate and desulfurization rate increase with the increase of reaction temperature. When the reaction temperature is higher, the olefin saturation rate changes more obviously; when the reaction temperature is lower, the desulfurization rate changes greatly with the reaction temperature.
Under the same conditions, the saturation reaction rate of diolefins is the highest, followed by normal olefins and isoolefins, and the saturation reaction rate of cycloolefins is the lowest.
