PRT Semi-regenerative Reforming Catalyst
PRT is a new generation of more metal strip half regeneration reforming catalyst that developed by petrochemical research institute, including PRT PRT - A - B, PRT - C, PRT – D etc which carrier has high purity, suitable pore distribution, good strength, chloride ability, low carbon deposit rate, good selectivity and stability.
Product Introduction
PRT–A and PRT-C are equal rhenium platinum ratio catalysts, PRT-B and PRT-D are high rhenium platinum ratio catalyst. Those catalysts can be used by combination or used separately directly.
Compared with the last generation PR series catalyst, under the same reaction conditions, the aromatic hydrocarbons conversion increased more than 5%, liquid yield increased more than 1%, carbon deposition reduced more than 18%, makes activity, selectivity and stability of catalyst can reach international advanced level.
Catalyst has good ability of regeneration and good adaptability of raw materials, good process ability to poor naphthenic straight run oil and secondary processing oil and single cycle running time is long.
At present, it has been widely used in many industrial devices.
