ZDOS catalyst was developed by Shandong branch of SINOPEC company and has characteristics as follows:

The adsorptive components of macromolecular sulfide were introduced into the carrier, and part of the sulfide was transferred to coke and dry gas.

By modifying the molecular sieves, the selective hydrogen transfer activity of the molecular sieves was enhanced to ensure that the catalyst had better coke selectivity and heavy metal pollution resistance.

The stable L-acid-base pair structure is formed on the surface of the molecular sieve, which makes the catalyst have high desulfurization stability and hydrogen transfer activity. Different types of active centers match each other to complete the olefin and sulfur reduction process together.

The catalyst carrier was activated to increase the yield of gasoline and reduce the concentration of olefin and sulfide, so that the catalyst carrier had a certain cracking activity and a large pore distribution, so as to play a certain pre-cracking role.

ZDOS catalyst has high conversion rate of heavy oil and yield of light oil, and has no obvious influence on the distribution of other products. It has good resistance to heavy metals, and is suitable for processing high nickel and high vanadium raw materials.
