
Hydrocarbon Steam Reforming Catalyst
1. Hydrocarbon steam reforming catalyst used in steam reforming process of hydrocarbons to produce hydrogen, ammonia synthesis gas, methanol synthesis gas, oxo-synthesis gas, carbon monoxide, etc;
2. Suitable for hydrocarbon feedstock, such as light hydrocarbons, refinery off-gas, natural gas etc., which can be used alone or in combination;
3. Suitable for various types of tubular reformers with top-fired, side-fired, bottom-fired fire box or other configurations such as heat exchanger etc.
Product Introduction
Hydrocarbon steam reforming catalyst used in hydrocarbon steam pre-conversion refers to the steam conversion of light oil or light hydrocarbon as raw materials under the conditions of low temperature, low water carbon ratio, high space velocity and other conditions to produce methane-rich gas. In the process of producing methane-rich gas from hydrocarbon steam preconversion, the reaction temperature is generally controlled at 400 ~ 500℃.
In order to ensure that advanced hydrocarbon pyrolysis, steam conversion, hydrogenation, reforming and transformation reactions can occur at a low temperature, and finally achieve methanation and CO transformation equilibrium.

(4) Excellent reducibility: through self-circulation reduction, natural gas feedstock can be directly introduced into the reformer without extra activation in advance;
(5) Excellent anti-poisoning and regeneration properties: hydrocarbon steam reforming catalystcan be self-renewal by optimizing operation conditions when slightly poisoned by sulfur or chlorine, while in-situ regeneration can be performed when poisoned seriously;
(6) Hydrocarbon steam reforming catalyst is suitable for steam reforming process with or without pre-reformer, even for pre-reformer switching on/off cases.
