The catalytic thermal cracking CPP catalyst has high cracking activity, good hydrothermal stability and good antiwear performance.


In the process of CPP reaction, the cracking reaction of alkanes and alkenes with small molecular volume is the main reaction to produce ethylene and propylene.  And aromatic, cycloalkanes and other large volume of hydrocarbon molecules reaction is not easy to generate ethylene and propylene, their reaction for the side reaction. 

In order to suppress this side reaction and obtain high selectivity of ethylene and propylene, the substrate and pore of the catalyst and the distribution of catalytic acid centers should be unique.

The catalytic thermal cracking CPP catalyst specific modified oxides to improve the stability of the molecular sieve framework, and adopts high Si/Al ratio shape selective molecular sieve, so it has good thermal and hydrothermal stability. And the equilibrating agent activity can be maintained at about 60 under normal agent consumption.   


Using the mass fraction of 45% paraffin oil mixed with 55% vacuum residue as the raw material, the industrial test was carried out under the operating conditions of both ethylene and propylene production. 

The yield of ethylene was 13.71%, and the yield of propylene was 21.45%.
