GCR Continuous Refroming Catalyst
GCR is continuous reforming catalyst with high active, high hydrothermal stability. The characteristic is activity increased significantly and 6-8℃ higher than previous generation catalyst.

The adoption of new catalytic material for GCR continuous reforming catalyst makes the ability of resisting high temperature hydrothermal treatment is improved, descent rate of specific surface area reduced slowly, service life is twice than original one, economical efficiency of catalyst increased greatly.
At the same time, the retention ability of Chlorine is increased, the injected amount of Chlorine in the system reduce to 50% than before, corrosion of Chloride to downstream devices.
In addition, the mechanical strength of catalyst was improved and keeping good wearability, reduced the amount of dust during the processing of circulation and transportation.
Regeneration of activity can be recovered to the level of fresh catalyst.
In the series of continuous reforming catalyst, GCR-100(PS-V) is economical catalyst with low Platinum content and GCR-100A(PS-IV) is high Platinum content.
GCR catalysts can be used for the reforming process of high octane gasoline, aromatics and hydrogen productions which using straight-run naphtha, hydrocracked heavy naphtha, pyrolysis gasoline, coker gasoline, catalytic gasoline and condensate oil etc as raw materials.
