RC Series Continuous Reforming Catalyst
RC series catalyst is high selectivity, low carbon deposition rate continuous reforming catalyst that developed by petrochemical research institute developed in recent years. RC011 is low platinum content and economical catalysts, RC031 (PS - VII) catalyst has higher platinum content.
Product Introduction
This series of catalysts can be applied in the reforming process which using straight-run naphtha, heavy naphtha hydrocracking, pyrolysis gasoline and coking gasoline, catalytic gasoline, condensate oil as raw material to produce high octane number gasoline, hydrogen and aromatics.
The characteristics of the RC series continuous reforming catalysts are as follows:
Good hydrothermal stability and chlorine ability, excellent mechanical properties.
Good selectivity and high yield of C5 + liquid product, high yield of aromatics and hydrogen production.
Carbon deposition rate decreased greatly. Under the condition of the same reaction severity, the reduction of carbon deposition rate is more than 20% which helpful for capacity improvement of old reforming equipments, especially for the continuous reforming devices which have limited regeneration ability, has a special meaning.
