Product Introduction
Nickel catalyst for ammonia dissociation is with magnesium oxide as carrier and metal nickel as active component.The catalyst has good deamination activity,high crushing strength,good coking and heat resistance,convenient loading and long service life.
Nickel catalyst for ammonia dissociation is suitable for coke oven gas purification process.Small amount of toxic gases such as NH3 and HCN in coke oven gas are decomposed into N2,CO2 and H2 in the ammonia decomposition furnace,which remove harmful gases,solve environmental pollution and slow down the corrosion of process equipment.

Catalytic ammonia decomposition process

Decomposition of ammonia and hydrogen cyanide is thermal cracking in a reducing atmosphere,which can not only prevent hydrogen sulfide from participating in the reaction,but also avoid NOx formation.In this process, the ammonia vapor with a small amount of hydrogen sulfide is sent to the ammonia decomposition furnace through the AS cycle washing system.NH3 and HCN with nickel catalysts for ammonia dissociation are decomposed.The decomposed gas is sent to the waste heat boiler to generate steam.The cooled decomposed gas is then cooled by the second direct cooling system (the calorific value is about 2900kJ/m3) and mixed into the coke oven gas.A separate deamination process is adopted, the ammonia vapor at the top of the tower after washing ammonia and steaming ammonia is passed through a sub-contractor and then enters an ammonia decomposition device for decomposition.
The process of catalytic ammonia decomposition for nickel catalyst for ammonia dissociationhas the advantages of economical and practical, low cost, tail gas can be mixed with coke oven gas and no secondary pollution.
