Nickel Based Catalyst
It is high performance catalyst which to replace Raney nickel catalyst and mainly used for hydrogenation process of chemical products.
During the process of hydrogenation of adiponitrile to produce adipdiamine and hydrorefining of caprolactam, it shows excellent performance and replaced oversea catalysts like Evonik, Johnson Matthey etc.
In the production of adipdiamine, the medium evalution of activity(active index), selectivity(secondary reaction), working life, energy consumption and unit cost etc arr all approved and reach higher level than imported catalyst. It helps to save cost and increase performance of end products.
