Product Introduction:
Co-Mo/TiO2-MgO-Al2O3 based sulfur tolerant shift catalyst with TiO2 improved dispersion and sulfiding performance of active components Co-Mo in catalyst, as well as catalyst shift activity under the conditions of low temperature and low sulfur content. The additives of blended rare earth improve the activity and stability , as well as inhibit the side reactions of methanation and F-T synthesis. Sulfur tolerant shift catalyst has excellent adaptability to high space velocity and high water/gas ratio, good operating flexibility; good hydration resistance; high mechanical strength; strong resistance to poison and long service life. It has excellent performance of organic sulfur hydrogenolysis and cyanide removal. Patented product and awarded the National Prize for Science and Technology Progress.

Application of Sulfur tolerant shift catalyst:
1)High-mid pressure, wide temperature range and wide water/gas ratio sulfur tolerant shift process.
2)High pressure, high temperature, high water/gas ratio and low sulfur content sulfur tolerant shift process.
3)High pressure and low temperature sulfur tolerant shift process with such deep conversion so it achieves less than 0.40% of outlet CO content.
4) Medium pressure, high CO content and high water/gas ratio sulfur tolerant shift process.

Precautions during operation:
1)Avoiding anti-sulphation
2)It is strictly forbidden to bring water into the furnace to avoid loss of potassium and fast adhesion knots.
3)The bed temperature should be from low to high.
