Product Introduction:

New Type Guard Catalyst AM-FC-105/106 have high pore rate, large pores, suitable ratio surface area and catalytic activity. For various hydrogenation reactors, effectively remove the metal impurities and solid particles in oil products, and moderate hydrogenation of the scorching substances in the raw materials to slow down the poisoning and coke of the catalyst and extend the service life of the main catalyst.

 

The FC series of new type guard catalyst has large pore capacity, large pore size and weak acidity, mainly used to remove Ni, V, Fe, Ca, Na and other harmful metal impurities in the hydroprocessing raw materials, with high capacity to store metal scale and - certain deasphalting ability, suitable for residual oil hydroprocessing process and other distillate oil hydroprocessing process, can effectively protect the downstream high activity of the main catalyst, can delay the reactor bed pressure drop increase and extend the start-up period of the device.

 

Characteristics of new type guard catalyst:

1. Reduce bed pressure drop by the shape of four-leaf type.

2. Guard catalyst keeps moderate desulfurization activity.

Suitable for different kinds of hydrogenation feedstock.

New Type Guard Catalyst performance, mainly lies in activity, selectivity and stability. These properties are determined by the catalyst itself, but are in turn limited by the specific process conditions of hydrorefining. Under the right process conditions, a catalyst with high activity can reduce reactor inlet temperatures or increase process throughput, a catalyst with high selectivity can reduce hydrogen consumption and low carbon gas fraction, and a catalyst with high stability can extend the operating cycle or process poorer quality feedstocks.

 

Package and Storage:

1.Packed by steel drum with inner plastic bag.

2.Avoid raining and damage of package during the transportation.

3.Shelf life is 3 years if stored correctly(out of sunshine, in a cool place, keeping in closed drum).
