Distillate hydrodesulfurization catalyst for pyrolysis gasline is produced by advanced technology, respectively with drilling molybdenum, nickel molybdenum as active components, with modified alumina as the carrier of hydrogenation conversion catalyst.It is suitable for hydroconversion of organic sulfide, hydride and unsaturated hydrocarbon in natural gas, refinery gas, oilfield associated gas, naphtha and other hydrocarbons.
Applicable conditions:
Distillate hydrodesulfurization catalyst for pyrolysis gasline is suitable for hydrogenation conversion of gaseous hydrocarbon, liquid hydrocarbon with sulfur content less than 1000PPm, and a small amount of unsaturated hydrocarbon.Its suitable temperature is 350~400℃, pressure 1...6MPa, air speed 500~1500 liquid speed 1~7h.
For naphtha as feedstock, hydrogen-to-oil ratio :50NLH/h.ka naphtha, such as raw gas contains olefin, oxygen ≤10ppm, for natural gas as feedstock, the general control of hydrogen content is 2~5%. Under the above process conditions, the organic sulfur content of the converter can be less than 0.1ppmu, the arsenic content of the process gas can be less than 15PPb.
