CO Low Temperature Shift Catalyst

CO low temperature shift catalyst used in the shift reaction of CO and steam to form H₂ and CO₂ under low temperature, widely used in CO low temperature shift process in synthesis ammonia or hydrogen plant. The carbon monoxide (dry gas) in the low-change furnace gas is less than 0.3%, so as to achieve the density of gas purification.

Application Areas:

1. Natural gas to synthetic ammonia, hydrogen production device;

2. Coke oven gas to synthetic ammonia and hydrogen production plant;

3. Catalytic dry gas, coking dry gas to produce synthetic ammonia, hydrogen production device;

4. Oilfield gas, refinery gas, naphtha, etc. as raw materials to produce synthetic ammonia and hydrogen production equipment;

5. CO purification device in coal-based syngas.

Characteristic:

• CO low temperature shift catalyst has low loss on ignition, small shrinkage, and the catalyst basically does not sink after reduction;

• The active components are well dispersed and the conversion rate is high, and the conversion rate can reach more than 95% under normal process conditions;

• For high-sulfur gas devices, the anti-toxic performance is better, and CO low temperature shift catalyst  will not cause poisoning and inactivation;

• Less additives are added, less by-products, energy saving and consumption reduction.
