RICC Series Catalyst
RICC series catalysts adopt FCC catalyst technology that developed by Petrochemical Research Institute, which can improve the heavy oil conversion capacity of catalyst without increasing coke yield, with good catalyst activity, stability, excellent coke selectivity and resistance of heavy metals.
Product Introduction
The RICC series catalysts contain modified lysol active support and soy-12 molecular sieve with optimized structure.
Soy-12 is a new product in the series of structurally optimized molecular sieves, with low sodium content, unobstructed pores, high accessibility of active centers, and good coke selectivity, thermal stability and hydrothermal stability.
The modified ratonite active support can adjust the catalyst pore size, improve the cracking capacity of the catalyst tower bottom oil, and improve coke selectivity.
RICC-1 catalyst has strong cracking ability, excellent hydrothermal stability and excellent metal resistance.
RICC-2 catalyst can also reduce olefins content in gasoline.
RICC-3 catalyst is a residue cracking catalyst with high total yield.
