What are the measures to prevent pulverization of the reforming catalyst?
1) The catalyst should be fully dried before use.
2) In normal production, temperature, pressure, water-carbon ratio should be strictly controlled, following the principle of fine-tuning and preventing barbaric operation. Whether it is start-up, shutdown or normal production, the speed of pressure increase and decrease should be strictly required ≤ 0.5MPa/h. Again, the speed of temperature increase and decrease is too fast, whether it is temperature decrease or temperature increase, the speed of temperature increase and decrease should be strictly required ≤ 30℃/h. Conversion and temperature increase and decrease speeds are shown in the following table:

The constant temperature of 120℃ is the dehydration time of the reforming catalyst, and the constant temperature of 210℃ is the further dehydration time of the reforming catalyst.
3) Reduce the number of starts and stops and extend the operation cycle.
