Aluminium micro-powder is made from calcined α-type AL2O3 after ball milling.

1. According to different physical and chemical indicators, high temperature calcined aluminium powder products are mainly divided into

①　Boron fluoride (BF2:1)

②　Boron fluorine (BF5:1)

③　Pure fluorine (F)

④　Pure boron (B)

⑤　Non-mineralized

There are five categories of agents, and there are special AL2O3 such as boron chloride (BL) and fluorine chloride (FL);

Alumina micropowder products are divided into 325 mesh, 500 mesh, 600 mesh, 800 mesh micropowder, and fine-grained micropowder.

According to different use requirements, five series of products have been formed,

(1) Dry pressing and isostatic pressing series,

(2) Hot die casting, grouting series,

(3) Refractory material series,

(4) Pouring molding series,

(5) Aluminium structural ceramic granulation powder

Production method of high temperature calcined alumina powder:

Before processing, the raw material of calcined aluminium powder should be obtained, among which low-sodium alumina micropowder is the best choice.

Then follow the steps below to obtain the ideal ground aluminium fine powder.

 After the high-quality raw materials are prepared, they are first crushed, usually by crushing drums.

Since the purity of the aluminium hydroxide micropowder in the raw material is not high, there are many impurities, so further pickling and water washing are required to remove the impurities, so as to obtain high-purity aluminium micropowder particles.

Then, the material is sorted by the water washing method,when the material is wet.so it should be dried in a drying equipment. After drying, it needs to be ground into finer particles, which has not yet obtained the final ground aluminum hydroxide micropowder.
