Hydrocracking catalyst can be used in the hydrocracking of distillate oil to produce chemical raw materials such as heavy naphtha, light naphtha and hydrogenated tail oil in large quantities, and can be used as high-quality feedstock for catalytic reforming to produce aromatics and steam cracking to produce ethylene .
When hydrocracking catalyst adopts a one-pass process, it mainly produces heavy naphtha and tail oil. The heavy naphtha has a high aromatic potential which is a high-quality reforming feed. The tail oil has a low BMCI value which can be used as a raw material for steam cracking. At the same time, it can also produce high-quality No. 3 jet fuel with high smoke point and clean diesel products that meet the requirements of Euro IV standards.During the full cycle operation, hydrocracking catalystcan produce high-quality naphtha in a large amount, which can meet the current demand of some domestic refineries for maximum production of chemical raw materials.
Compared with domestic and foreign reference catalysts, the results show that under the same feed oil and operating conditions, the hydrocracking catalyst not only increases the yield of heavy naphtha by 2m%~3m%, but also reduces the hydrogen consumption.It has reached the current international advanced level of similar catalysts.
