RGD-1 Catalyst For MGD Process
RGD-1 is special catalyst for MGD process, which has good cracking ability of heavy oil marcomolecules. It can selectively inhibit the recracking of middle distillate and enhance the secondary cracking of gasoline distillate. While improving the yield of diesel in FCC device, it can increase the yield of LPG.
Product Introduction
MGD process is developed by petrochemical research institute, which takes heavy oil as raw material and uses FCC device to produce prolific LPG and diesel, reducing the olefin content of gasoline significantly.
RGD-1 catalyst improved the hydrogen transfer reaction and reduced the olefin content in gasoline by adjusting the density and strength of the active center of molecular sieve.
Modified by kaolin that added large holes more than 100A and small hole less than 5A, makes carrier has good gradient pore distribution. Large hole with low acid provides the cracking of hydrocarbon macromolecules, inhibits the secondary cracking of middle fraction, reduces coke generation. Small holes with medium and strong acid can make gasoline further cracked into liquefied gas.
Introduce metal components in the active center can make better adjustment of acid strength, improve the cracking depth of gasoline changed into liquefied gas.
At the same time, the hydrogen transfer ability was improved which is better for the reduction of olefin content in gasoline.
The application of modified shape-selective molecular sieve is helpful to increase the yield of liquefied gas and octane number of gasoline.
