Co-Mo sulfur tolerant shift catalysts are different from the usual high temperature (Fe-Gr system) and low temperature (Cu-Zn system) shift catalysts in that only the active component is active in the sulphurised state and there is no problem of sulfur poisoning, so they can be adapted to the development of heavy raw materials for the production of syngas, and can be used for the direct conversion of process gases with high sulfur content generated by the gasification of heavy raw materials to produce ammonia syngas, hydrogen and carbonyl synthesis gas and city gas, without the need to pre-degrade the sulphide from the feed gas.

3)It is strictly forbidden to bring water or oxygen into the furnace.
4)Avoid the presence of too high a water to gas ratio for a long time and avoid sulphur-free operation.
5)Try to avoid large fluctuations in load and frequent start and stop.
6)Strictly control furnace temperature, prevent bed over-temperature, avoid discipline bed temperature big ah fluctuations.
7)Charge and unload the pressure to control the rate, not too fast.
8)Slowly raise the temperature when receiving gas to avoid bringing in the catalyst poison.
