Product Introduction

Molecular sieves (also known as synthetic zeolites) are aluminosilicate microporous crystals, which are composed of SiO and AIO tetrahedra and have a framework structure.

Metal cations (such as Na, K, Ca, etc.) are present in the zoelite lattice to balance the excess negative charges in the tetrahedron.

The main component of type A is aluminosilicate, with a pore size of 4A (1A=10 -10 m), which is called 4A (also known as nano-A) kind; the Na+ in the 4A kind is exchanged with Ca2+ to form a pore size of 5A, which is 5A (also known as calcium type A) zoelite sieve; exchange Na+ of 4A zeolite with K+ to form the pore size of 3A, which is 3A (also known as potassium A type) zeolite sieve.

The crystal structure of X-type aluminosilicate is different (the ratio of silicon to aluminum is different), forming molecular sieve crystals with a pore size of 9-10A, which is called 13X (also known as sodium X-type) ; exchange Na+ in 13X with Ca2+, A molecular sieve crystal with a pore size of 9A is formed, which is called 10X (also known as calcium X type) zeolite sieve.
