In addition to absorbing the alkali in the working liquid, our product has a strong regeneration ability to the hydride degradation, which can convert the increased degradants in the hydrogenation reaction into effective anthraquinone, ensuring the stability of the total effective anthraquinone, which is conducive to the oxidation reaction, reducing the addition of anthraquinone, and saving the operating cost.

At the same time, considering the need of regeneration, alumina is used to ensure good mechanical properties of hydrogen peroxide, and the activity changes little after regeneration.


Activated alumina hydrogen peroxide hydrogenation is mainly used in the regeneration of working solution degradation in the production of hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone method, especially in the production plant of palladium catalyst and three-component nickel catalyst. 

At present, it mainly relies on activated alumina itself for regeneration, which is an essential chemical material for hydrogen peroxide production.
