Product Introduction
Activated alumina for air arying is spherical AL2O3 made by special process.
Its own properties non-toxic, odorless, non-powder, insoluble in water, the appearance of white ball, water adsorption ability is strong.
Under certain operating conditions and regeneration conditions, its drying depth is as high as -70℃ below dew point temperature.
It is a highly efficient desiccant with trace water depth drying. It is mainly used to dry liquid and gas. Although all molecules can be absorbed to some extent, strongly polar molecules will be preferentially absorbed. The pressure, concentration, molecular weight, temperature, and active site of the molecule all affect the adsorption effect.
Activated alumina desiccant is widely used in gas and liquid phase drying of petrochemical industry, drying of textile industry, oxygen production industry and automatic instrument wind, etc. Because of the high net heat of the monomolecular adsorption layer, it is very suitable for non-thermal regeneration devices.
