Product feature and application

3A molecular sieve is mainly used for drying petroleum cracking gas, refinery gas, oilfield gas and olefin, etc. Such as ethylene, acetylene, propylene, butadiene drying, alcohol and various solvents dehydration. In order to prevent the adsorption of hydrocarbons above ethane, it is also used in the dehydration of rich natural gas.


Regeneration method:

(1) Removal of water: dry gas such as nitrogen, air, hydrogen, saturated hydrocarbon, etc. can be heated to 150-320°C and passed into the molecular sieve bed at a pressure of 0.3-0.5kg/m2 for about 3-4 hours, then Dry cold gas is introduced into the adsorber for about 2-3 hours, and the air is cooled to room temperature.

(2) Removal of organic substances: The adsorbent can be replaced from the molecular sieve with water vapor, and then heated to 150-320°C; regeneration can also be carried out by superheated steam or over-inert gas at 200-350°C. (Do not use gases that generate explosive mixtures in contact with adsorbates).

(3) The degassing substances can be regenerated by decompression method.
