Product Introdution

The 3A kind is an alkali metal silicoaluminate with a pore diameter of 3A. It is mainly used for water adsorption, and it does not adsorb any molecule with a diameter greater than 3A.According to the characteristics of industrial application, the zeolite has the characteristics of fast adsorption, fast regeneration times, large crushing strength, strong anti-pollution ability, etc., which improves the utilization efficiency of zeolite and extends the service life of zeolite. It is a desiccant necessary for deep drying, refining and polymerization of gas and liquid phase in petroleum and chemical industry. It can be used for drying all kinds of liquid (such as ethanol), air, refrigerant, natural gas, methane, unsaturated hydrocarbon, pyrolysis gas, ethylene, acetylene, propylene, butadiene, etc.

Adsorption equilibrium: Under certain T and P, when the desorption rate and adsorption rate are equal, the adsorption equilibrium is reached. that is saturated.

Conversion point: when the leading edge of the mass transfer zone begins to reach the outlet section of the adsorber, the point where the fluid flows out of the adsorbent layer and the adsorbed components increase significantly.

Third, the measurement of adsorption capacity

Static adsorption capacity: the maximum amount that can be adsorbed when the adsorbent per unit mass (volume) reaches the adsorption equilibrium under a certain T and the concentration of the adsorbed component. That is, the ratio of the maximum adsorption amount that the adsorbent can achieve to the amount of adsorbent.

Dynamic adsorption capacity: when the adsorbate just appears after the adsorber, the equilibrium adsorption capacity of the adsorbent per unit mass (volume) in the adsorber. That is, the amount of adsorption when the adsorbent reaches the conversion point. It is usually calculated in terms of turn-over time, which is the time from when the fluid begins to contact the adsorbent layer to the "turn-over point".

The dynamic adsorption capacity is less than 50-70% of the static adsorption capacity
