4A Zeolite Molecular Sieve is crystalline silicates or aluminosilicates, which is formed by connecting silicon-oxygen surrounding bodies or aluminum-oxygen surrounding bodies through oxygen bridge bonds. The system of pores and cavities with molecular size (usually 0.3-2.0 nm) has the characteristics of sieving molecules. However, with the deepening of its synthesis and application research, researchers have discovered aluminophosphate molecular sieves, and the framework elements (silicon or aluminum or phosphorus) of it can also be composed of B, Ga, Fe, Cr, Ge, Ti, V , Mn, Co, Zn, Be and Cu are substituted, and the size of the channels and cavities can reach more than 2 nm. Therefore, zeolite molecular sieves can be divided into silicon-aluminum kind, phosphorus-aluminum kind and framework heteroatom kind according to the composition of framework elements. According to the pore size, molecular sieves with a pore size smaller than 2 nm, 2-50 nm and larger than 50 nm are called micropore, mesopore and macropore kind, respectively. Due to its large pore size, it becomes a good carrier for the reaction of large-sized molecules. However, the pore walls of mesoporous materials are amorphous, so that their hydrothermal stability and thermal stability cannot meet the harsh conditions required for petrochemical applications.
