Product Introduction:
Food grade magnesium oxide is white amorphous powder, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic. Relative density is about 3.58(25℃). Melting point 2852℃, boiling point 3600℃. Insoluble in water, soluble in acid or ammonium salt solution. It can be converted into crystals by burning at a high temperature above 1000℃. When the temperature rises to 1500C or more, it becomes dead burn iron oxide or sintered magnesium oxide. When it meets carbon dioxide in the air, it becomes alkaline magnesium carbonate. After special purification and de-hybridization process, it can reach food grade application level, and can be applied in all aspects of food processing and production, playing different roles.
Product Application:
Food grade magnesium oxide is used as food additive, color stabilizer and PH regulator or supplement of magnesium in food, also can be used as accelerator, as anti-caking agent and anti-acid agent for wheat flour, milk powder chocolate, cocoa powder, sugar powder and other fields.
