Product Introduction:
AMC-LS-951T and AMC-LS-951Q is Claus tail gas hydrogenation catalysts with modified Al2O3 as carrier and Co and Mo as active components. It has uniform distribution of active components, large pore volume and specific surface area. Claus tail gas hydrogenation catalysts have excellent hydrogenation activity, hydrolysis activity for organic sulfur, stable in activity and long service life.
Its main principle of action is to convert the sulphur dioxide and elemental sulphur in the exhaust gas into hydrogen sulphide by low temperature hydrogenation on the catalyst in the presence of reducing gas H2. At the same time, the organic sulphur (COS, CS2) is hydrolysed to hydrogen sulphide on the catalyst, and the tail gas is sent to the dry gas desulphurisation unit after treatment in the absorption tower, and the H2S-rich gas is returned to the Claus unit, thus ensuring a total sulphur recovery rate of over 99.8%.
