Fire-retardant mechanism

When the fire retardant is heated to a certain degree, it begins to dehydrate, absorb heat and vaporize to produce H2O, thus reducing the temperature of combustible and diluting the concentration of combustible vaporizers and combustion-supporting gases. Meanwhile, an oxide isolation layer is formed on the surface of combustible, thus achieving the purpose of combustible flame retardancy

Industrial grade aluminum hydroxide is used for:

1. Salt manufacturing: Due to the high activity of aluminum hydroxide produced by our company, it is easy to react with acid and alkali, and the dissolution rate is fast, and the residue is less, especially suitable for aluminum salt manufacturing. Such as: aluminum sulfate, fluoride salt, poly aluminum chloride, sodium aluminate, fluorite and so on.
2. For the production of glass and glass fiber raw materials.
3. Manufacturing catalyst and catalyst carrier in petrochemical industry.
4. Can improve the combination of aluminum hydroxide and resin and processing, make it both fire retardant and filling dual properties, so in plastics, rubber and other advanced composite materials to add this product, the product has fire retardant smoke elimination effect, and anti-leakage, arc resistance, wear resistance enhanced. It can be widely used in electrical LDPE cable material, rubber, wire and cable insulation layer, sheath layer, insulation material, conveyor belt, etc.
