High whiteness aluminium hydroxide is a white loose powder with high whiteness and low bulk weight, stable at room temperature and dehydrated by thermal decomposition to produce aluminium oxide. It is different from other flame retardant fillers in that it does not produce toxic and corrosive gases when pyrolysed, and it absorbs heat and emits water vapour when pyrolysed, so that the products have the function of flame retardant and self-extinguishing. Therefore, adding this product in plastics, rubber and other advanced composite materials not only makes the products have the effect of flame retardant and smoke elimination, but also enhances the resistance to leakage, arc and abrasion.
Aluminum hydroxide is easily soluble in strong acid and alkali solutions, stable at room temperature, and decomposed into aluminum oxide when heated. It is mainly used as a filling material in low-voltage insulating devices and as a flame retardant filler in plastic, rubber and glass steel products.
High whiteness aluminium hydroxide is a better filler for the production of artificial agate products or artificial stone products, the products produced with it have good brightness, smooth surface, good stain resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance and high structural strength, which is a more ideal filler for new building materials and craft products in recent times. It also has the characteristics of low oil absorption, well-developed crystal structure, high transparency, high additive content in resin, and less foreign matter, etc. It is one of the main fillers for high-grade artificial stone, artificial agate and other composite materials. Aluminum hydroxide is an ideal filling material for high-grade artificial stone panels. The panels made from it have sufficient strength, stiffness, water resistance, ageing resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties.
High whiteness aluminium hydroxide fillers of different particle sizes can be used in the polymer system in the right proportions to form a dense filler and improve the flame retardant effect. A properly compounded system avoids settling or floating of the filler, reduces the viscosity of the resin mix at the same filler volume and facilitates shear dispersion.

Storage: The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place to prevent moisture on the ground and avoid being close to a hot heat source. Transportation: this product is non-dangerous goods. It should be waterproof and moistureproof in the process of transportation. It should be handled with light loading and unloading to prevent packaging damage. Do not mix with other acidic or alkaline substances. When the relative humidity of the environment exceeds 80%, avoid exposure to air, and use after baking when necessary (110℃). Sealing and moisture-proof measures should be taken after use. It is suggested that the packaging should be opened after the use.
