Production Introduction
The air depth drying molecular sieve(3A, 4A & 5A) has a uniform microporous structure and pores diameters. These pores can adsorb molecules smaller than its diameter into the inside of the cavities, and have preferential adsorption capacity for polar molecules and unsaturated molecules. Therefore, molecules with different degrees of polarity, different degrees of saturation, different molecular sizes and different boiling points can be separated.
It can adsorb molecules whose critical diameter is not larger than its own pore size.
The air depth drying molecular sieve(3A, 4A & 5A) has a strong adsorption for water, but at the same time it also adsorbs some nitrogen and other inert gases in the air, and with the rise and fall of the ambient temperature, it will adsorb and desorb nitrogen.

Product feature and application
Characteristic:
1. Adsorption characteristics. Select adsorption (select according to molecular size and shape, polarity and degree of unsaturation);
2. Ion exchange characteristics. Due to the different valences of Si and Al in the structure, the charge imbalance caused by it must be balanced by the metal cation;
3. Shape-selective catalytic properties. The active part of the molecular sieve is mainly on the inner surface.
The reactant molecules whose molecular diameter is smaller than the pore size of it can enter the pores and contact the inner surface of it to carry out a catalytic reaction. The product molecules whose molecular diameter is smaller than the pore size of the molecular sieve can diffuse out of the pores and become the observed product.
Application:
① Deep drying of petroleum cracking gas, such as ethylene, propylene, butadiene, acetylene and natural gas;
② Drying of gases and liquids, can adsorb H20, H2S, NH3, SO2, CO2, C2H5OH, C2H6, etc.;
③ Drying of associated gas and natural gas in oil fields;
④ Dehydration, de-CO2, CO, H2S of natural gas;
⑤ Drying and purification of air, nitrogen and inert gases in industry, drying and purification of hydrogen;
⑥ Separation of isomeric hydrocarbons, enrichment of oxygen, etc.;
⑦ Air depth drying molecular sieve can be widely used in the oxygen production industry to adsorb moisture, carbon dioxide and some organic gases.
