Application:
High purity alumina has a melting point of 2050℃ and is mainly used for LED artificial sapphire crystals, advanced ceramics, phosphors, polishing slurry and some high performance materials. As raw materials for sapphire crystals, we can provide powder, granule, block or column according to different requirements.
Production Process:
4N HPA is produced by the Bayer process. The Bayer process is mainly divided into three stages: dissolution, decomposition and calcination. It is mainly composed of crushing and wet grinding, bauxite dissolution, red mud separation and washing, sodium aluminate solution plus seed decomposition, and aluminum decomposition mother liquor. Evaporation, sodium carbonate caustic recovery in alumina production, aluminum hydroxide calcination and other processes.
Packing&Storage:
We usually use 25kg kraft bags packed and 40 bags packed on a 1.1m*1.1m pallets and with wrapping film. We also can pack the goods according to customers requirements, including the materials and size of bags and pallets.
