Usage

1. High purity aluminum oxide protective film is used to produce fluorescent lamps. First, the inner side of the glass tube is coated with pure aluminum oxide protective film with a coating thickness of about 3-5um.

2. In order to improve the bonding strength of the phosphor layer, high purity alumina is usually added into the slurry of the phosphor, the quality of which is 2-5% of the phosphor.

3. Finally, the phosphor with high purity alumina is coated on the protective film of alumina in the form of slurry, and then the fluorescent lamp is made through other subsequent technological processes.

Q: How to control quality?

A. All the raw materials by IQC Incoming Quality Control before launch whole process into the process after the screening. 

B. Process each link in the process of IPQC (Input process quality control) patrol inspection. 

C. After finished by QC full inspection before packing into the next Process packaging. 

D. OQC before shipment for each slipper to do full inspection.


Q: Do you supply free samples?

A: We usually offer 1 KG free samples ,and we can offer samples according to customer requirement.The sample fee charged to you will also be counted as payment when you give us an order.
