Production Method
After the bauxite is broken, it enters into wet grinding together with lime and circulating mother liquor to make qualified pulp. The pulp is preheated to the dissolution temperature after pre-desilication. The dissolved slurry then goes into the process of dilution and red mud settlement and separation after evaporation and cooling. After settlement separation, the separated coarse liquid is sent to the leaf filter. The coarse fluid is called semen when it is filtered through the leaves to remove most of the floating matter. The semen enters into the decomposition process and gets the finished product of aluminum hydroxide by crystal seed decomposition.
Application
1. Aluminum hydroxide can prevent smoke, will not produce drops, do not produce toxic gas, in strong alkali strong acid solution easy to decompose.
2. Aluminum Hydroxide after a variety of additives and coupling agent activation modified surface treatment, high fineness, narrow particle size distribution, good flame retardant effect, high whiteness, low bulk density, can increase the amount of additives.
3. Aluminium hydroxide can be as various aluminum compound materials, flammable materials such as plastic, rubber flame retardant additives, artificial marble of packing, paper base material, surface color material, coating, toothpaste, fluoride salt, man-made agate, building materials, glass Mosaic quick-setting filling agent, SMC/BMC molding material filling, rubber and plastic material filling used for coating on the surface and the filling material of flame retardant paper.
4. Aluminum hydroxide can be widely used in electrical LDPE cable material, rubber, wire and cable insulation layer, sheath layer, BMC molding material, rubber and plastic material, insulation material, conveyor belt, copper clad plate, base material, etc.
