Product Introduction

Activated alumina powder can be calcined at 1050 °C to obtain γ-phase kind, which can be made into an activated carrier through a molding process. The activated Al2O3 powder molding process has an influence on the physical structure of the catalyst, but the degree of influence depends on the molding method.

The active component loading process will lead to a slight decrease in the surface area, pore volume, pore size and particle mechanical strength of the activated alumina for petrochemical.

The performance of the catalyst in the reaction is directly related to the physical structure. The larger specific surface area, pore size and pore volume of the it are conducive to the dispersion of active components, thereby improving the propane conversion rate, propylene selectivity and stability of the catalyst, while inhibiting the formation of carbon deposition species.
