Production Introduction

13X molecular sieve is a kind of alkali metal silicoaluminate salt, can absorb various molecules with critical diameter less than 10A, mainly used for water and carbon dioxide co-adsorption, water and hydrogen sulfide co-adsorption and air purification.The 13X zeolite adsorbing polar molecules can be regenerated by a heat drying gas (preferably nitrogen) and reused.The degree of regeneration depends on the temperature, flow rate and humidity of the hot drying gas.

13X molecular sieve is suitable for PSA/VPSA to separate nitrogen and oxygen from air. It has the characteristics of high nitrogen adsorption capacity, fast adsorption speed, strong adsorption selectivity, more complete desorption under vacuum or atmospheric pressure, high strength and low wear rate. It is an alkali metal silicoaluminate with potassium crystal structure.
