Activated alumina hydrogen peroxide hydrogenation has many capillary pores and large surface area. In addition to absorbing the alkali in the working liquid, our product has a strong regeneration ability to the hydride degradation, which can convert the increased degradants in the hydrogenation reaction into effective anthraquinone, ensuring the stability of the total effective anthraquinone, which is conducive to the oxidation reaction, reducing the addition of anthraquinone, and saving the operating cost.

At the same time, considering the need of regeneration, alumina is used to ensure good mechanical properties of hydrogen peroxide, and the activity changes little after regeneration.

Activated alumina hydrogen peroxide hydrogenation is mainly used in the regeneration of working solution degradation in the production of hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone method, especially in the production plant of palladium catalyst and three-component nickel catalyst. 

At present, it mainly relies on activated alumina itself for regeneration, which is an essential chemical material for hydrogen peroxide production.

Re: Under normal circumstances, after we communicate and confirm the details of sending samples, we will arrange and complete sending samples for you through DHL within 3 working days. 

For samples below 5KG, we will provide all free of charge. You only have to bear the express charge. For samples over 5KG, we will charge according to the actual quantity.

2. What's the MOQ for your production?

Re: We won't be particularly strict with the minimum purchase or shipment quantity of customers.  Because we understand that in the initial process, only a small amount is allowed to be evaluated and validated first. 

But if you can also give us a little more consideration, we suggest a quantity of at least 500 KG.
