For water, methanol, ethanol, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide, ethylene and propylene adsorbed on 4A and 4A zeolites molecular sieve, any molecule whose adsorption diameter is not greater than 4a (propane) has higher adsorption performance than any other molecules. Regeneration molecular sieve is one of the most widely used molecular sieves in industry.

Application

1. Remove carbon dioxide, ammonia and methanol from the stream.

2. Drying of refrigerant and air in valve.

3. Separate methane, ethane, and propane.Regeneration molecular sieve  is used as an effective desiccant for various gases and liquids.

4. Drying and purification of hydrocarbons (e.g., natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, air, inert gases, and atmosphere).

5. Deep drying of gases or liquids, such as oil fields, saturated alkanes, and refrigerants. Separation and purification of gaseous and liquid components, static drying of pharmaceutical packaging, food, electronic components and perishable chemicals.

C. After finished by QC full inspection before packing into the next process packaging. 

D. OQC before shipment for each slipper to do full inspection.
