Product feature and application

3A molecular sieve is mainly used for drying petroleum cracking gas, refinery gas, oilfield gas and olefin, etc. Such as ethylene, acetylene, propylene, butadiene drying, alcohol and various solvents dehydration. Regeneration method:

(1) Removal of water: dry gas such as nitrogen, air, hydrogen, saturated hydrocarbon, etc. can be heated to 150-320°C and passed into the molecular sieve bed at a pressure of 0.3-0.5kg/m2 for about 3-4 hours, then Dry cold gas is introduced into the adsorber for about 2-3 hours, and the air is cooled to room temperature.
