Anthraquinona Process To product Hydrogen Peroxide

The process is using the mixture solution of alkyl anthraquinone and organic solvent, under the pressure of 0.30 mpa and temperature of 55-65℃, with the effect of Pd catalyst to make hydrogenation reaction by hydrogen. After oxidation reaction in the air, extraction, regeneration and refining then get the hydrogen peroxide finally. 

Currently, most China manufacturers are using fixed bed system and oversea manufacturers are using fluidized bed system to produce hydrogen peroxide. In different systems, the Pd catalyst and activated alumina are still some differences.

In China, manufacturers are using domestic Pd catalyst and activated alumina(spherical shape with 3-5mm diameter). To oversea manufacturers, they are using BASF Pd catalyst and DD6 activated alumina(granule shape with different meshs).
