Catalytic Gasoline Hydrogenation Technology in Refining and Chemical Enterprises

On the one hand, the DSO process technology can maximize the hydrodesulfurization effect of FCC gasoline and carry out multiple hydrodesulfurization treatments on heavy gasoline. This method can not only enhance the use effect of the original oil, but also further the depth of processing of the original oil;
On the other hand, the DSO technology can also maintain maximum control of the octane number of the original oil during the catalytic cracking gasoline, and also make the system more safe and stable.
DSO technology advantages:
① Arsenic can be treated at normal temperatures. Arsenic itself is toxic, most so when temperatures rise. DSO process technology can be used in the normal temperature environment for gasoline catalytic cracking work, reducing the risk of operation;
② It can maximize the separation effect of light gasoline. DSO technology can accurately extract heavy gasoline, and then meet the demand of sulfur and light gasoline fusion;
③ It can minimize the unnecessary sulfur in light gasoline. DSO process technology, the catalyst action time greatly increased, easier to reach the required octane number;
④ Heavy gasoline can be desulfurized to remove the excess sulfur in heavy gasoline, strengthen the octane number of produced gasoline, and improve the cleanliness of gasoline.

This method is mainly to control the effect of hydrodesulfurization in combination with the actual situation, so as to reduce the sulfur content in gasoline, and the octane number of gasoline will not decrease with the decrease of olefin content.
In the process of hydrodesulfurization to reduce olefin, it is necessary to ensure good operation and excellent catalytic components, and use scientific devices to achieve the purpose of desulfurization, so as to get the best gasoline products. In the process of desulfurization of heavy gasoline, attention should be paid to the synthesis of olefin.
In terms of the control of catalytic temperature, according to the relevant experiments, it can not only look at the temperature above the reactor to have an effect on the hydrogenation process. More attention should be paid to the effect of desulfurization under the change of temperature, the change of the structure of heavy gasoline, the degree of hydrogen consumption, always pay attention to the octane number of gasoline products.
When the temperature of catalysis is too high, it is necessary to focus on observation and detection, and do not reduce the octane number caused by too high temperature.
