Alumina polishing powder is mainly composed of α-Al2O3, and also contains dispersant, suspension agent, lubricant, emulsifier and other auxiliary ingredients, widely used in machine preparation, optical processing, jewelry processing, automobile repair and maintenance and other fields.

Uses: Mainly used in tableware industry, jewelry industry, auto parts, optical lenses, machinery and electrical parts and other industries that need surface treatment.

Crystal hardness: the calcination temperature of alumina polishing powder should be high, generally above 1600, so as to ensure that the product has a good hardness.

Single crystal size and shape: single crystal size determines the thickness of the surface grain of the polished product, and it is not easy to clear light.

The circular or elliptical crystal is easy to throw black and bright light, the diamond crystal is easy to throw yellow and white light, the flake or floccus crystal grinding force difference is not easy to light.

Average particle size and distribution: according to the average particle size to determine the different polishing process, generally 20-45μm particle size is used in the rough polishing process, 4-20μm, particle size is used in the middle polishing process, 1-4μm particle size is used in the fine polishing process, 1μm is used in the mirror polishing.

The narrower the particle size distribution, the higher the polishing efficiency.
