Activated alumina catalyst is used in the hydrogen peroxide regeneration bed and clay bed. The function of activated alumina in the hydrogenated liquid regeneration bed is to regenerate the anthraquinone degradation products in the hydrogenation liquid, and the role in the clay bed is to regenerate the anthraquinone degradation products that may be generated and adsorb the potassium carbonate solution droplets in the working solution. Activated alumina catalyst can be seen that active alumina plays an important role in the production of hydrogen peroxide.

Production method:
The process flow of activated alumina production by rapid dehydration method is as follows: industrial aluminum hydroxide is dried by air drying agent and crushed to below 325 mesh, which is used as quick dehydration raw material, and the main phase is p-alumina by rapid dehydration; the qualified quick dehydration powder is sprayed in the pelletizer and cured at a certain temperature; Then, it is screened, aged and removed from the broken balls and impurities; finally,activated alumina catalyst is activated in the activation furnace, cooled, broken, screened and packed.
