Thermal spray method for the preparation of alumina ceramic powder in ceramic coatings
1. Flame spraying. The high temperature generated by the combustion of combustible gases is used to melt the sprayed material, which is then sprayed onto the surface of the substrate at a high speed by compressed air to form the coating. Supersonic flame spraying is the most widely used flame spraying technology
2. Electric arc spraying. An electric arc burning between two continuously fed metal wires melts the metal and the molten metal is atomised and sprayed through compressed air to form a coating on the work surface. Features: general applicability and high efficiency; higher quality of the prepared coating, better corrosion resistance and good bonding with the substrate; the prepared ceramic coating has good repairability.
3. Plasma spraying technology. The technology is generated by direct current plasma arc to make the spraying material heated to a molten state, and high-speed spray to the surface of the substrate to form a coating.
Features: a wide range of materials can be sprayed, a wide range of applications, high production efficiency, and can prepare a high quality coating, the impact on the substrate is small, almost does not cause thermal deformation of the substrate.
